Hybrid Work Schedule We offer a hybrid 3‑2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Military Preference Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3‑E5, W1‑W2, or O1‑O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.

Job Summary Supports development and maintenance of company's consolidated budget/forecast as well as corporate strategy. Assists in development and monitoring of corporate strategy. Supports budget development and consolidation process. Provides analysis and presentation preparation in support of investment decisions going before Investment Review Committee. Supports review, update and communication of cost of capital to be utilized for business and investment decisions. Assists in identification, screening and analysis of potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Supports department efforts to respond to requests for special studies on competitors, industry trends, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain consolidated budget and forecast.

Assist in monitoring corporate strategy.

Prepare analysis and presentations for Investment Review Committee.

Communicate cost of capital updates.

Screen and analyze potential M&A opportunities.

Respond to special study requests on competitors and industry trends.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

0‑2 years of relevant experience in directly related field.

Knowledge of financial management and analysis, utility and/or relevant industry knowledge, accounting standards and practices.

Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Good organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork, analytical and customer‑focus skills.

Basic skills in project analysis and financial planning and analysis.

Aptitude for continuous learning.

Must possess a Bachelor's degree by no later than May 2026.

Education Requirements Bachelor's degree – Must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher no later than May 2026. Preferred disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Business. Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.

Working Conditions Office Work Environment 76‑100%. Travel up to 25%.
