Key Skills/Responsibilities
Guest Services:
Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
Night Audit:
Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
Security:
Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
Reporting:
Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
Skills:
Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
Education & Experience
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
