About the team The Warner Records Commercial Revenue department oversees the commercial and revenue strategy across DSPs, physical retail, and emerging platforms and technologies. We are a future‑oriented, fast‑moving team that has a unique vision for how Commerce and Revenue are evolving in our rapidly changing industry.
Your role This position will assist the SVPs of Commercial Revenue. You will be deeply involved in helping to create, implement, and oversee strategic priorities and plans for the Commerce team, with a front‑row seat and the opportunity to learn about all facets of the modern record business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who has a results‑driven, proactive, entrepreneurial, and problem‑solving approach. You will support and work alongside a motivated, experienced, and incredibly busy pair of executives in our DTLA headquarters. Here you’ll get to
Support the Streaming & Commerce team with day‑to‑day operations, campaign planning, and release management.
Maintain department calendars, schedules, and contact lists; coordinate meetings, calls, and travel for key executives.
Help lead automation strategy, development, and implementation across the Warner Commerce department, leveraging new tools and technologies to help our team move faster and serve our artists better.
Track and organize release assets including audio, artwork, metadata, and promotional materials; ensure timely delivery to partners.
Compile and update pitch notes, release grids, and sales documents for internal and external use.
Assist with release scheduling, product planning meetings, and cross‑department coordination across Marketing, Operations, and Business Affairs.
Generate and distribute weekly updates, reports, and summaries related to campaigns, playlists, and partner performance.
Manage invoice processing and vendor setup through SAP and Ariba, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Coordinate ticket requests, event RSVPs, and showcase logistics in partnership with Tour Marketing and Artist Relations.
Provide administrative support including expense reports, travel logistics, note‑taking, and document organization.
Maintain department databases, drive folders, and presentation decks to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Assist with other special projects and team initiatives as needed.
About you
Highly proficient with technology, emerging tools, and AI.
A strong desire to learn new skills, tools, and iterate rapidly.
Curious about how music reaches fans across streaming and retail platforms, and eager to learn how creative strategies drive sales and revenue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep knowledge of and passion for social media, streaming, and digital platforms.
Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
Confidence, trustworthiness, and outstanding problem‑solving skills.
Extremely organized and detail‑oriented, able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and possess a proactive style that anticipates problems before they arise.
Strong follow‑up and follow‑through.
Creative self‑starter with outstanding people skills.

0–2 years of experience working as an executive assistant.
Experience with Google Workspace.
