Accounts Payable Specialist – Corporate Finance Department
Location: Olathe, Kansas

Job Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support in daily office functions.
Create and manage customer invoices meeting daily and monthly goals.
Answer customer calls and emails and enter daily service requests.
Receive and process check and credit‑card payments.
Set up and maintain customer account information.
Create and implement team‑building and community‑outreach activities.
Perform monthly credit‑card reconciliations.
Upload contract documents to the company website for review and final agreement.
Act as the contract liaison between customers and staff to ensure documents are submitted with all signatures and deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer‑service skills.
Comfortable working independently and with a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and apply strong analytical skills.
Capacity to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with automated vendor‑documentation platforms is a plus.
Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance is accepted in lieu of experience.
Billing experience (preferred) and AR/AP experience is a plus.
