Description
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or CMA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience 3–7 years of cost accounting in manufacturing or industrial production
Familiarity with standard costing, job costing, and activity‑based costing
Experience with inventory valuation, bill of materials (BOM), and cost roll‑ups
Proven ability to work with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks Enterprise)
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
Experience with cost modeling, variance analysis, and budget forecasting
Ability to analyze labor, material, and overhead costs
Familiarity with compliance standards (GAAP, SOX)
