Your Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential support to an executive leader by conducting independent research, analysis, project management, and preparing presentations, reports, and communications. This role also involves planning and coordinating company and customer events while representing the executive professionally in all interactions. The position supports the strategic vision of the executive by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Manage projects and coordinate tasks supporting executive initiatives. Prepare presentations, reports, and communications. Organize company and customer-related events. Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings and teams. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently. Maintain confidentiality in all matters. Use SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Office tools proficiently. Represent the executive with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. Apply business acumen to solve problems and make decisions. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership. Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field. 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Admin/Assistant. Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently. Discreet with sensitive information. Assertive problem-solving mindset. Business-savvy with strong professionalism. Willingness to travel up to 25% (regional/international).
