At the Disneyland® Resort, the Room Attendant is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and magical environment for guests by maintaining guest rooms and suites to Disney’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms

Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to Disney standards

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Provide friendly and helpful service when interacting with guests

Uphold Disney’s commitment to quality, safety, and guest satisfaction

Basic Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role

2+ Years of Previous Housekeeping Experience

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury Hotel

Additional Information Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00 am while some may end as late as 3:00 am, 4:00 am or 5:00 am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
