Position Summary Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they need on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders or helping members while stocking shelves. From unloading trucks in the summer to filling ice‑cream in the freezer, this fast‑paced, physically demanding job can feel like a gym session – but it’s also a chance to make members happy and help the club run efficiently.

Act as a problem solver, tackling obstacles head‑on.

Lift boxes and other objects weighing more than 25 pounds.

Promptly unload trucks.

Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.

Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom.

Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.

Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, and supporting purchasing decisions.

Maintain safety by performing safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.

Keep the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies—stocking, arranging, cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise.

Monitor food and merchandise quality—including product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards.

Assist with club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will be equal to or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
