The Role As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll own a full‑cycle book of business, prospecting, discovery, value mapping, multi‑threading, and closing. You’ll educate prospects on AI agents, run crisp demos, build business cases, and partner cross‑functionally to convert pilots to ARR. You thrive in competitive markets, consistently beat quota, and love the craft of selling.
What You’ll Be Doing
Pipeline & Prospecting
– Build and manage a high‑velocity outbound motion across email, LinkedIn, and phone; create account plans that map economic buyers and influencers.
Discovery, Demo, & POC
– Run expert discovery, tailor demos of our AI agents to role‑specific pains, and drive structured pilots with clear success criteria and timelines.
Deal Management
– Multi‑thread across GTM, RevOps, and Security; negotiate commercial terms; forecast with precision in CRM; deliver crisp next steps and mutual close plans.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
– Partner with Marketing/BDR on targeted campaigns; work with Product and Customer Success to translate pilot feedback into wins and expansions.
Operational Excellence
– Maintain complete, accurate CRM hygiene (activities, contacts, stages, next steps); report on KPIs and continuously refine the sales process.
What We're Looking For Experience
4–6+ years in a closing role at a SaaS company; consistent history of beating quota in competitive, outbound‑led environments.
Comfortable selling to VP/C‑level; skilled in discovery, objection handling, reflective listening, and multi‑threading.
Tooling & Process
Proficiency with CRMs, Slack, and modern sales engagement tools; disciplined, metrics‑driven operating style.
Strong interest in AI/LLMs and the future of autonomous agents; ability to translate technical capability into clear business outcomes.
Startup Mindset
High ownership, low ego, bias to action; comfortable iterating quickly and wearing multiple hats.
Nice to Have
Prior experience selling marketing/sales tech or RevOps platforms
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar frameworks

Compensation: Base $100,000–$125,000. On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$250,000 (50/50 base‑variable, uncapped commission). A written commission plan will be provided.
