JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
The Client Success Manager serves as a primary point of contact, acting as an internal advocate for clients to ensure they receive optimal products and services.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth for the company.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business within existing accounts to increase revenue.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs, and advocating for them within the company to ensure their needs are met.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Analyze client data, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to gain insights, measure success, and make data-driven decisions.
Specifications:
Bachelor's in IT, Computer Sciences, MIS.
Must possess 3-4 years of IT, Project Management, and Solution sales experience.
Should have technical knowledge and background, and an understanding of large-scale IT projects, and communicate with technical internal and external stakeholders. Strong sales skills for generating leads • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
