— provides support for a dynamic operational environment while interfacing with multiple levels of the Agencies organizations. The role supports the current infrastructure by checking for system vulnerabilities and managing various Data flow / Watch desk projects. It also provides request management support, including account creation, removal, transfer, grouping, password management, storage allocation, locality, recovery, backup, and restoration. Responsibilities include supporting Windows operating systems, installing and loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, configuring network components, and implementing OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance. The position requires detailed documentation of work performed. Security clearance
— Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., Active TS/SCI clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Responsibilities
Support a dynamic operational environment and interact with multiple levels of government agencies. Check for system vulnerabilities and manage Data flow / Watch desk projects. Provide request management support, including account management (creation, removal, transfer, grouping), password management. Manage storage allocation, locality, recovery, backup, and restoration activities. Support Windows operating systems, including installing/loading OS software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components. Implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Produce and maintain detailed documentation. Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance (e.g., TS/SCI with polygraph) is required for this role. Experience with system administration and watch desk operations in a federal contractor environment is preferred. Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, data flow management, and incident/request handling processes. Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate across teams and levels of government. Pay range:
$42.42 - $104.64 per hour. Hourly pay rates listed are general guidelines and are not a guarantee of compensation. Factors affecting pay include government contract rates, education, relevant experience, certifications, and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
