Compensation & Growth Path This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. ROLE Role: Senior Backend Engineer We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer for a part-time, equity-based cofounder role to join our elite platform engineering team at the forefront of blockchain infrastructure. At Autheo, you’ll build a scalable backend platform orchestrating 1B+ TPS, 200GB/s DePIN data flows, and cross-chain integrations via GraphQL/gRPC APIs, delivering sub-1ms responses, 99.999% uptime, and unbreakable encryption across Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, and 20+ ecosystems.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll design server-side logic for WebAssembly (WASM) runtimes using Rust or Go, powering privacy-preserving smart contracts, secure DePIN compute tasks, and sovereign dApp deployments. This role is critical to creating a platform surpassing Ethereum’s EVM and Solana’s SVM by embedding cryptography, homomorphic encryption, and zero-knowledge proofs, enabling encrypted computations at 0.4μs per operation. You’ll collaborate with cryptographers, blockchain experts, AI/ML specialists, and DePIN architects to drive our Layer 0/1 ecosystem for exabyte-scale data processing.

Qualifications Must Have
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
4+ years building high-throughput blockchain backend systems.
Proven delivery of secure APIs for dApps/DeFi platforms.
Expertise in Rust/Go and GraphQL/gRPC.
Nice to Have
