Your Profile
Degree in Life Sciences or related field
2–5 years of BD, Sales, or Alliance Management experience in biotech/pharma/CDMO.
Experience with CMC development in biologics, vaccines, or ATMPs is a plus.
Strong communicator with interest in digital tools and lead generation.
Hands‑on, curious, and open‑minded team player.
Comfortable with remote work and with cooperating with people from diverse backgrounds.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Engage potential biotech and pharma clients, particularly in Europe and North America.
Build and manage a growing pipeline of qualified leads.
Manage the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and custom service packages in close cooperation with R&D and Client Project Management.
Participate in industry events to expand your network and represent Leukocare externally.
Drive lead generation activities including webinars, newsletters, campaigns, and content distribution.
Manage and maintain lead data and outreach activities
Assess and implement new tools for digital engagement and lead nurturing.
