Position Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager - Government Projects

Job Overview Paryani Construction is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee government and commercial construction projects in the Atlanta area. In this role, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, with a focus on government contracts.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and documentation.

Coordinate all phases of construction, including permitting, subcontractor management, and site logistics.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors to ensure all project requirements are met.

Monitor subcontractor performance, quality control, and project safety in compliance with OSHA and client-specific regulations.

Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project needs.

Ensure accurate reporting through project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

Identify risks and proactively resolve conflicts or delays impacting project timelines or budget.

Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, life safety codes, and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with government clients.

Proven success managing projects valued between $1M and $10M.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, building codes, and compliance standards.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).

Excellent leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to interpret and manage contracts, specifications, and construction documents.

PMP, CCM, or other certifications preferred but not required.

Must be eligible to pass background checks for government or secure-site projects.
