AM Line Cook – Full-Time or Part-Time (Early Morning Shifts)
About Row 34 Row 34 is a dynamic, seafood-driven restaurant located in Boston’s Seaport. Known for our raw bar, craft beer list, and industry-respected kitchen, we’re passionate about serving the best seafood in a fun, professional environment. We’re looking for skilled AM Line Cooks to join our team—people who love working with quality ingredients and are ready to grow.
What You’ll Do
Execute dishes on the
fry, grill, and sauté stations
with precision and consistency
Prepare and cook menu items to Row 34 standards for breakfast and lunch service
Maintain clean and organized stations while following all food safety protocols
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment alongside a dedicated culinary team
Assist with prep work and station setup/breakdown
What We’re Looking For
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
Availability for
early morning shifts (starting around 6 AM)
Ability to handle volume while maintaining high food quality and presentation
Interest in seafood and learning from a chef-driven team
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
ServSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Punctual, reliable, and ready to contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Competitive hourly pay ($20–$24/hr, based on experience)
