Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation using the frontier reconciliation tool or manual Excel templates and complete the certification in the Frontier certification module each period.
Address queries and work for clearance of open items with Account Owners, Account Manager, Audit, and RCS to ensure control on timelines and completion of deliverables.
Learn and support cross‑trainings and backup creation in the process.
Handle ad‑hoc requirements from business partners, troubleshoot with peers, and provide data related to team and process as needed.
Required Qualifications
1‑3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to generate MIS reports in PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting basics; understanding of transaction flow required.
Analytical aptitude to identify trends, variances, and issues in reconciliation and report them to Account Owner.
Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting tight deadlines.
Ability to work well with multiple business partners.
Highly organized, motivated, and self‑directed.
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and effective team player.
Working knowledge of reconciliation software and past experience managing Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
