Job Description - Food and Beverage Manager - Embassy Suites Napa Valley (HOT0C2WU) Food and Beverage Manager - Embassy Suites Napa Valley (HOT0C2WU) Work Locations: Embassy Suites Napa Valley, 1075 California Blvd., Napa Valley 94559 Set against seven acres in the heart of Napa Valley, our resort is in the final stages of a major renovation and rebranding to the Curio Collection by Hilton, debuting in early 2026. We are redefining Napa hospitality through authentic, distinctive programming and elevated guest experiences — from refined interiors and a luxurious spa to open-air courtyards, meditation gardens, and exceptional culinary offerings. Responsibilities
Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff. Salary
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications
