Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Maintain sterile techniques and uphold all infection control standards. Monitor patient conditions and vital signs throughout surgical procedures. Prepare, handle, and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. Participate in on-call rotations as assigned. Requirements:
Licensure:
Active
Massachusetts RN License
(Required) Certifications:
BLS (AHA)
Required Experience:
Minimum
3 years of OR experience
