(Contact Cliff 410-747-3333) * Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision, Life, Disability insurance * Paid sickness and vacation time * Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide fast and courteous service to technicians, retail, and wholesale customers. * List and price out parts on repair orders and or counter tickets. * Write purchase orders for parts and sublet work as needed from outside suppliers and obtain management approval. * Maintain a customer back-order file. * Maintain the special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner. * Make sure technicians turn in all defective parts necessary for warranty scrap and tag them appropriately. * Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory. * Help maintain parts catalogs, price schedules, and other technical information and bulletins. * Keep work area clean, free of debris, safe and put away loose stock. * Proficient in the use of parts catalogs and locations of correct. QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of automotive repairs and processes * Hardworking, team player, pays attention to detail * Availability to work potentially Monday-Saturday
