Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic-Based | Charlotte, NC

Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000/year (based on experience & performance)

Help children build communication, confidence, and independence.

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), our Board Certified Behavior Analysts deliver compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support meaningful progress for children with autism. We are seeking a BCBA to join our Charlotte, NC clinic to provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and family-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Supervise and mentor RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and graduate trainees • Provide caregiver coaching to support skill generalization at home • Review treatment data and make program adjustments based on progress • Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with BACB and AutismCOE standards • Collaborate with clinic leadership and participate in team meetings

Who We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (required) • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills • Eligible for — or willing to obtain — the North Carolina LBA credential

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

$85,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and performance) Bonus:

Performance-based bonus opportunities
