Overview Medallia leads Experience Management with its award‑winning SaaS platform, Medallia Experience Cloud, which delivers insights and actions for customers, employees, and other stakeholders. This role shapes how we bring powerful, data‑driven capabilities to market and communicates their value.
Responsibilities
Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for technical and business audiences.
Lead go‑to‑market strategy for product and feature launches with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Create and deliver enablement materials for Sales, Services, and Partners.
Craft clear, engaging content—including decks, one‑pagers, web copy, and battlecards.
Educate customers and end users on AI and analytics capabilities.
Represent Medallia as a thought leader in executive briefings, client engagements, industry events, and analyst discussions.
Contribute to analyst briefings and influence accurate representation of strategic direction.
Communicate complex technical concepts to internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning.
Measure and optimize product marketing impact on awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of product marketing experience for SaaS platforms, marketing complex, technical capabilities.
Storytelling experience to deliver clear, compelling narratives.
Experience delivering presentations to executives, clients, and conferences.
Project management experience juggling multiple initiatives.
Cross‑functional alignment experience with product, sales, marketing, and services teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing AI, data, or analytics products.
Track record of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Background in customer experience, employee experience, or enterprise feedback management.
Strong understanding of sales cycles, GTM frameworks, and value‑based marketing best practices.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize high‑impact work and meet deadlines.
Risk‑identification and proactive issue resolution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range: $133,600 - $205,000. Medallia offers competitive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life, statutory leaves, paid parental leave, and paid holidays. Benefits eligibility varies by location and role.
