A client of Insight Global is seeking a
Front Desk Administrator
to join their team onsite at one of their Philadelphia-area offices.
Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction : Warmly greet patients upon arrival and ensure a courteous farewell at departure. Support & Guidance : Remain approachable and available to assist patients with questions and form completion. New Patient Registration : Accurately enter patient data into the EMR system, verify insurance eligibility, and scan all documentation into patient charts. Check-In Process : Confirm documentation for returning patients, including completion of the Yearly Update Form. Check-Out Process : Collect copays, outstanding balances, and product fees; obtain necessary signatures and schedule follow-up appointments. Appointment Confirmation : Call patients to confirm appointments, verify physician and timing details, and reschedule as needed. Communication Management : Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and compassion; respond to emails and voicemails promptly. Documentation : Scan and process additional paperwork into the EMR as needed. Compliance : Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and data security. Daily Reporting : Run Daily Close reports to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced in the EMR.
Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in medical reception Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and prioritization skills Calm and professional demeanor Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude Detail-oriented and efficient Collaborative team player focused on enhancing the patient experience
Compensation Hourly Rate : $19$23/hr Final compensation is based on experience, education, and skillset.
