The hotel is conveniently located next to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and Lumen Field within 25 minutes. The hotel offers 850 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting space.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum one-year customer service experience, schedule flexibility including overnight shifts. Candidate is required to possess CDL, license class B with passenger endorsement within the first 2 months of hire. Partial cost will be reimbursed by hotel.

Shift pattern

: Full availability including overnights, weekends and holidays

Hourly Pay

: Starting probationary rate will be $20.89 and after 90 days, rate will be $23.21

What will I be doing?

A Shuttle Driver / Bell person is responsible for transporting customers to/from the DoubleTree Seattle Airport utilizing company provided vehicles as well as assisting customers with the transferring and storing of luggage and responding to the guests' requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest services and financial profitability.

Drive property-designated vehicles to transport guests to and from local airport

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations

Retrieve and transport guest luggage

Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and features

Respond to guest inquires and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines

Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments

Ensure messages and faxes are regularly delivered throughout the day

Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed

Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
