is looking to add Light Duty Tow Truck Operators to our team! We value a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
No Slip Seating - Keep Your Assigned Truck!
All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.
Essential Functions
Respond to accidents, breakdowns, and roadside incidents Maintain communication with motorists while en route Perform basic repairs or tow vehicles to garages Safely load vehicles onto the truck Remove illegally parked vehicles Physical Requirements
Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing Significant physical strength and stamina Key Behaviors

Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience required Prior towing experience or related field preferred (We train you to operate the tow truck!) Current DOT Medical Card required before the 1st day of work Clean driving record required for at least the past 3 years MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Registered in the DOT Clearinghouse (For CDL holders only) Commission Pay
30% Commission - Our drivers average $1,000 - $1,300 weekly OR $200/day guarantee (whichever is greater).
This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.
Schedule
Five-day and Six-day work weeks available (Weekends ARE mandatory) Benefits
