Position Summary The Marketing Manager is a dynamic, creative, and results-driven leader responsible for brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across an F&B portfolio. You’ll own omni-channel campaigns, develop and execute experiential programming (on-property activations, collaborations, limited-time offerings), and cultivate high-touch partnerships—operating to luxury standards with VIP care, concierge relations, and premium brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities Community, Partnerships & Influencers
Build partnerships with luxury hotels/residences, concierges, private clubs, premium retail, cultural institutions, and destination marketers; create joint offers and hosted experiences.
Grow and manage relationships with creators and locally influential partners; coordinate elevated hosting and collaborations.
Digital & Content
Manage social, email, and web for assigned outlets; maintain an editorial calendar emphasizing seasonal and programming-driven content.
Track and optimize performance (engagement, CTR, conversion, list growth) while upholding luxury voice, visual standards, and brand guidelines.
Produce/coordinate photo and video (agency and in-house); ensure timely asset delivery and rights management.
Experiential Programming
Concept, calendar, and execute on-property programs: chef dinners, tasting series, guest bartenders, brand takeovers, holiday/LTO moments, arts & culture tie-ins.
Build run-of-show, staffing plans, and guest journey maps; align with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Events, and PR.
Deliver premium guest touches (VIP amenities, bespoke menus, photo moments) consistent with luxury expectations.
Post‑mortem each program with KPIs (covers, sales mix, PR/social lift, new‑to‑file capture) and clear ROI insights.
Events & Private Dining
Partner with Events/PDR on luxury packages (pairing menus, collector tastings, VIP add‑ons); ensure collateral and messaging are on brand.
Coordinate with PR/partners to maximize earned coverage and content.
PR & Communications Support
Liaise with PR agency/partners: host media/influencers, craft briefs, and support on‑site storytelling and asset needs.
Planning, Budget & Reporting
Own annual/quarterly plans and budgets for each outlet; manage vendor SOWs, invoices, and accruals.
Report weekly/monthly on campaign and programming performance; translate insights into next actions and tests.
Internal Coordination & Standards
Serve as the connector between Marketing and Operations; maintain brand and luxury service standards across all touchpoints.
Drive timely menu/collateral updates with Creative; ensure version control and distribution.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Hybrid office/on‑property; frequent night/weekend support for programs and events.
Ability to lift and transport light materials/equipment for activations and shoots.

Required Qualifications
5+ years in marketing/communications; hospitality or restaurant required. Luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle, or fine‑dining brand experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success creating and executing experiential programming end‑to‑end with measurable business impact.
Social‑native storyteller with strong brand copy, community management, and content production coordination.
Data‑minded operator comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and test‑and‑learn optimization.
Excellent cross‑functional communication and project management; thrives in fast‑paced, on‑property environments (nights/weekends for key programs).
Bonus: Paid social (IG/FB), light design/video editing, CRM/loyalty experience, Spanish proficiency.
