We are seeking an

experienced

and

motivated

Evening Operations Director to lead our nightshift operations at

Chick-fil-A Harris Square . This high-impact leadership role oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s evening performance, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and a thriving team culture. If you are passionate about leading teams, delivering remarkable service, and building a strong leadership pipeline, this position is for you.

Your Impact

Lead, coach, and manage evening team leaders to achieve excellence in service, speed, and quality

Oversee all aspects of evening operations, including scheduling for Front of House, Back of House, and Delivery (as needed)

Ensure the restaurant is clean, efficient, and guest-ready throughout the nightshift

Drive accountability through daily checklists, food safety audits, and operational walk-throughs

Partner with the Operator, General Manager, CFO, and CEO to address staffing needs and employee relations

Maintain high standards of guest experience through accuracy, friendliness, and quick service

Communicate and act on training and development needs for evening team members

Promote a fun, safe, and positive work environment that inspires teamwork and ownership

Background Profile

Availability to work a flexible schedule including closing at least twice a week and working until 8 PM at least twice a week (required)

2 years of restaurant management experience (required)

Must have a basic understanding of kitchen operations

Demonstrated success in managing teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
