Qualifications:

Bus Rider that will be able to obtain a Valid Class "B" Driver's License within 90 days with school bus and passenger endorsements as well as air brakes, required. If applicant does not already have this license, St. Francis Area School's Transportation Department can provide training. Applicant must have a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check.

Job Summary:

Responsible for transporting children both to and from schools. Morning routes run from approximately 5:30 am to 9:00 am, and the afternoon routes run from approximately 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Duties include pre-trip, cleaning of bus and managing student behavior with appropriate discipline techniques. Other opportunities may include field trips and extra-curricular trips.
