$100,000+ Commission Responsibilities:
Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Qualifications:
