Job Details

We are looking to bring on an experienced Construction Attorney to represent our Community Association clients in a wide range of construction-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both litigation and transactional work, with the ability to guide clients through contract negotiations, construction defect claims, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Advise community associations on construction contracts, warranties, and compliance matters

Handle construction defect and warranty claims, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and settlement documents

Collaborate with association boards, property managers, and insurance carriers to protect client interests

Provide proactive risk management strategies to minimize exposure and liability

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or active bar license in FL

3–7+ years of construction law experience (community association experience preferred)

Strong litigation and/or contract negotiation skills

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work mostly in-office (in Boca) - with an option to have 1 remote day weekly
