The firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with at least 7 years of experience to join its Construction Practice Group. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction litigation and be comfortable taking ownership of matters from inception through resolution.

Job Details The firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with at least 7 years of experience to join its Construction Practice Group. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction litigation and be comfortable taking ownership of matters from inception through resolution.

Key Practice Areas Include: Construction defect litigation Insurance coverage disputes Design and engineering issues Contract disputes and cost claims Materials failure and construction delays

Requirements: JD from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Texas 7+ years of construction litigation experience Excellent writing, research, and case management skills
