Job Details

Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including case assessment, strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation/arbitration, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs. Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships; provide timely, practical advice aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups (real estate, construction, land use) on matters with parallel transactional or regulatory issues.

Qualifications Bar Admissions: New Jersey (required) and either New York or Pennsylvania (required). Minimum 3 years of substantive commercial litigation experience, including motion practice and depositions; trial or arbitration experience a plus. Strong research and writing skills; comfort with courtroom appearances and client interaction. Ability to manage competing deadlines and drive matters forward with minimal oversight. Clerkship experience and/or federal practice experience welcomed but not required
