Job Details
We’re looking for an experienced litigator to take charge of a diverse caseload involving general and product liability matters.
What You’ll Do: Respond to and manage discovery Draft high-quality pretrial motions Conduct focused, efficient legal research Support preparation and strategy for trials
What You Bring: JD from an accredited institution Active license to practice law in California 8+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense Strong grasp of procedural rules and evidence Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills Background in product liability and/or federal court experience is a plus
