Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, risk assessment, and investment analysis. Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and providing insights that influence strategic business decisions. Extract, interpret, and analyze financial and operational data using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SQL to support business performance evaluation. Support monthly commission calculations and performance-based bonus distributions, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance. Analyze financial impact of pricing changes and develop pricing recommendations based on data Conduct in-depth data validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity and consistency across financial systems. Deliver clear, data-backed presentations and reports to senior leadership, offering insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities. Design, create, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial performance to stakeholders. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives led by executive leadership, offering analytical support and project ownership.
Qualifications: 1. 5+ years relevant experience 2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3. Must have Advanced SQL proficiency
