Job Details

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Transactional Real Estate Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, specifically with experience in financial institutions, commercial loans, term debt, real property, affordable housing, HDC, HFA, and IRC section 42. Admission to the state bar. Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing complex real estate transactions. In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws related to real estate transactions. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide practical, business-friendly solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to a variety of audiences. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. A team player with a strong commitment to client service and excellence in the practice of law.
