Associate Director of Institutional Assessment

Plaza College, located in Forest Hills, NY is seeking an Associate Director of Institutional Assessment. Key Responsibilities: Support the development, implementation, and oversight of institutional assessment processes and strategies. Collaborate with academic and administrative units to enhance assessment planning and data-informed decision-making. Analyze and report on institutional effectiveness, learning outcomes, and accreditation requirements. Provide training and guidance on assessment best practices and tools. Manage assessment data systems and ensure data integrity and accessibility. Contribute to accreditation reporting and institutional research initiatives. Qualifications: Masters degree in education, social sciences, or related field (doctorate preferred). 35 years of experience in institutional assessment, accreditation, or institutional research. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with assessment platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., Watermark, SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics).
