Doral, FL — We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor who’s ready to bring their A-game to a fast-paced, growing company in Miami! This role focuses heavily on Accounts Payable and complex client invoicing, perfect for someone who loves details, thrives on deadlines, and enjoys improving processes.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr

What you’ll do

• Manage all Accounts Payable functions, from vendor setup to invoice processing and payment runs.
• Oversee client invoicing and ensure everything is accurate and on time.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to solve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy through strong internal controls.
• Review vendor statements and resolve outstanding items quickly.
• Look for ways to automate and improve accounting processes.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 in Accounts Payable management.
• Strong SAP experience is a must!
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-entity payables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus points if you have experience in distribution, logistics, or medical supply industries, and if you enjoy being hands-on in your leadership style.
