Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the financial integrity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in QuickBooks Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries Qualifications:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Strong organizational and time-management skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
