Job Details

Job Duties and Qualifications: Focus primarily on land use litigation, especially handling petitions for writ of mandate. Draft writs, oppositions, and other court filings; may require guidance initially, but independence is preferred. Collaborate with consultants on administrative land use processes across multiple cities. Represent clients primarily in developer-focused matters, navigating entitlement approvals and city processes.

Qualifications: Minimum 2–4 years of focused land use litigation experience, or 10+ years of high-level litigation experience. Specific experience with petitions for writ of mandate required. Strong technical and procedural knowledge of Los Angeles land use law. Ability to work independently, with solid judgment and client-facing skills.
