Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to lead our financial operations and drive the next phase of our growth. The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a strategic business partner driving financial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across all business lines. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing all aspects of financial strategy, operations, and performance. You’ll oversee accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across our multi-entity, multi-country structure. This is an opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments—someone who can bring rigor to financial operations while acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, including monthly close, reporting, and consolidations across the U.S., Canada, and U.K. Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term growth goals. Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital to ensure financial stability and scalability. Oversee budgeting, planning, and performance tracking, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. Implement strong internal controls, accounting systems, and compliance frameworks (including GAAP/IFRS as applicable). Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, including SaaS pricing models, product expansion, and insurance program profitability. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and investors. Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, promoting a culture of accuracy, transparency, and continuous improvement. Support capital allocation and raising and long-term strategic planning. Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally with some experience in the insurance, SaaS, legal services, or related industries. Proven success managing multi-entity and multi-country operations. Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance in North America. Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn) and/or insurance financial modeling a strong plus. Hands-on experience with financial systems, automation tools, and ERP platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA preferred. What We Offer
