Job Description
This position will assist and aid in daily custodial duties, preventative maintenance, and maintenance for Athletic Facilities.
Responsibilities
Daily general maintenance and cleaning of athletic facilities. Post-event cleaning for athletic events General painting on athletic grounds and facilities, including but not limited to touch-up painting, painting of rooms, walls, and exterior surfaces at ground level, etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED. Experience:
Experience working in general custodial services and/or facilities maintenance for a company or university/college. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Basic cleaning and general maintenance knowledge and skills Basic skills with hand and small electric tools. Knowledge of maintaining different types of flooring and surfaces. Ability to identify safety hazards and report to the supervisor. Ability to set up and break down events. Preferred Qualifications

Associate's degree Experience:
Experience working in general custodial services and/or facilities maintenance in a collegiate athletics capacity. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Basic knowledge of small engine maintenance (basic blower, pressure washer maintenance, etc.) Work Location
