Job Description: We're seeking a Litigation Associate with 4-10 years of experience handling all aspects of litigation from discovery and depositions to motion practice and trial work. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities for direct client contact, strategy development, hearings, and trial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of litigation Represent clients in court and administrative hearings Take ownership of cases and develop client strategies Litigate complex constitutional, statutory, and public sector matters Defending local government initiatives and regulations Litigating constitutional and public sector issues Representing public entities in employment and whistleblower cases Participating in high-impact public interest litigation Qualifications:
4-10 years of litigation experience (discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial) Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Experience in labor, employment, or public sector law is a plus Commitment to public interest or public sector service Benefits:
