$160,000 – $200,000 per year
About the Firm:
A boutique public accounting firm expanding its team and looking to hire an experienced tax professional. The role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, lead engagements, and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and review tax engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
Plan and schedule tax engagements with clients and firm resources
Work directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships
Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and work papers for C‑Corps, S‑Corps, and Partnerships
Conduct complex tax research projects and provide recommendations
Provide training, direction, and supervision to team members
Manage a book of business, including budgets and production goals
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BSBA); CPA required
10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
Strong technical expertise with C‑Corps, S‑Corps, and Partnerships
Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, and ProSystem fx Tax
