As a Tax Director (Flowthrough), you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and building strategies to help develop and maintain relationships with clients throughout the tax process.

Requirements:
Licensed CPA
6+ years’ experience in public accounting in Tax
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master degree preferred)
Licensed CPA or EA certification
Extensive experience with flow-through taxation
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn
Extensive experience in researching tax issues related to flow-through entities
Responsibilities:
Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in Real Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Wine industries
Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality work timely and efficiently
Develop and deliver innovative financial planning ideas to meet or exceed client expectations
Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and industries
Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members
Develop and mentor tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing leadership and career guidance

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 a year. The salary range is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area; a recruiter will provide a range specific to location and qualifications.
