leads, manages, and oversees a portfolio of community associations across a designated region. The

role requires extensive experience in HOA/Community Association management, team leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of local, state, and federal regulations affecting community associations. The

possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively address the needs and concerns of community members and their team, while upholding the standards and policies of the HOA. Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality of community association operations. Lead a team of managers, administrative staff, and support teams to achieve performance goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure professional growth and development of team members. Oversee the management of multiple community associations, ensuring compliance with governing documents, rules, regulations, and applicable laws. Monitor the overall health and success of the communities within the region, including property maintenance, financial management, and community relations. Build and maintain strong relationships with HOA Boards of Directors, ensuring regular communication and responsiveness to their needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to community boards, providing guidance on governance, operational best practices, and conflict resolution. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, including fair housing laws and local ordinances. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the interests of the associations and the company. Implement and maintain standardized processes and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery across the region. Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations. Address escalated homeowner concerns, disputes, or grievances promptly and professionally. Mediate conflicts between board members, homeowners, and vendors as necessary. Perform any additional duties within the scope of

Qualifications High School Diploma Required Licensed (Community Association Manager) required for consideration. License per Florida Statues 468 Seven or more years of Community Association Manager (Licensed) experience or related business experience preferred. Proven experience in community management, property management, or related fields. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with homeowners, board members, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in fiscal management, budget development, and reporting. Advanced Knowledge of HOA regulations, compliance issues, and governance procedures. Ability to manage conflict resolution and maintain professionalism in challenging situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is advantageous. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive community environment Physical Conditions Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry up to ten pounds. Work Environment This role primarily operates in an office environment but requires frequent visits to the community and attendance of meetings and events. Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate community needs, including evenings and weekends. Exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold or rain while working outdoors. Travel within the community and occasional off-site meetings with vendors or contractors are a requirement.
