Position Summary The primary purpose of your job position is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone. It is limited to clerical duties only and located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide general administrative and clerical support. Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor. nswer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls. Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations; Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations. Maintain visitor sign- in log. Handle incoming and outgoing mail Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings. Maintain and tidy the reception area. bility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. bility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. bility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions and multi-line Phone System. bility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. bility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. bility to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. Education & Experience

Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
