Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our client's team on-site at their office in New York. Looking for a talented Senior Designer to develop world-class design systems and brand guidelines, global campaign concepts (from ideation to production), as well as event experience design and client activations for Financial Solutions + Brand. One will collaborate with specialized teams of designers, art directors, copywriters, project managers, video and web professionals to define brand experiences across print, digital, content, motion, and experiential media. One is a self-starting conceptual designer who brings original ideas and a fresh, stylish approach to each project. Is a versatile contributor, comfortable partnering and problem-solving with other creatives, and have the hands-on design experience to execute your own concepts.

We'll trust you to: Create and implement dynamic design systems and toolkits across Financial Solutions + Brand, including new systems from the ground up Conceptualize and problem-solve with minimal guidance, providing constructive feedback to junior designers and overseeing their work Exhibit exceptional style and skills in typography, photography, and storyboarding for video Demonstrate a range of experience in print and digital design, including the basic technical knowledge of web and motion graphics Develop creative concepts with a copy partner, pitch to stakeholders, and produce campaign deliverables such as OOH, digital ads, and print material under the guidance of the creative director Bring event experiences to life through multi-channel design solutions Execute one's own designs in production, communicate complex briefs effectively, and present ideas to clients Be solution-oriented, self-sufficient, and eager to learn and grow, proactively driving the design process with the creative team and external partners Present and sell concepts or creative strategies, design toolkits, and storyboards to executives and senior stakeholders Create standout work and set the standard for craft Demonstrate autonomy, lead certain projects, resolve difficult situations, and maintain strong project management and communication skills Qualifications:

5+ years experience in production and graphic design Ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment Proven examples in a portfolio of the type of production work listed above (event architecture design, brochures, reports, digital assets, pre-press, color) Strong track record both as an individual contributor and as a key member of a team Strong communication skills, approachable, and driven Managing your own project schedules and job ownership to meet deadlines A portfolio that demonstrates extraordinary design ability across a wide range of media including digital, social, print, and events (motion a plus) Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop + After Effects a plus). Experience with Asana a plus

Location: New York, NY (In the office 4 days per work week.) Duration: Consulting Rate: $45 - $50/hour W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our hourly ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
