Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Conduct assessments to monitor progress and adapt interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Support students in achieving functional independence within the school environment. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with qualifications to practice in Alabama. Experience in home health, healthcare, and school-based occupational therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and school staff. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently throughout the school year.
