A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide specialized support for students within an elementary school setting. This contract position begins immediately with potential for summer work conducting compensatory services.

Location: Port Orchard, Washington Key Details: Caseload: Approximately 38 elementary students Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Fingerprinting and drug screening requirements are waived for this role to expedite the hiring process Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services aligned with students individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborating with educators and families to implement effective communication goals Adapting therapy techniques to a remote/virtual learning environment as necessary Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation Desired Qualifications: Valid state licensure as an SLP Experience working with elementary-aged students Strong technology skills to support virtual therapy sessions given current remote learning demands Ability to start immediately and adapt services to evolving instructional models This role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills during a critical period of their development.
