    • Oct 31 (7A) " Nov 3 (7A) (Nov 1 day off)
    • Nov 20 (7A) " Nov 27 (7A) (Nov 22 day off)
    • Nov 28th (7A) " Dec 1st (7A)(Nov 29 day off)
    • Dec 12 (7A) " Dec 16 (7A) (Dec 13 day off)
    • Dec 18th (7A) " Dec 22rd (7A)(Dec 20 day off)
    • Jan 2nd (7A) " Jan 8th (7A) (day off Jan 3) '
    • Jan 9th (7A) " Jan 15th (7A) (Jan 10 day off)
    • Jan 30 (7A) " Feb 5 (7A) (Jan 31 day off)
  • Clinical Information:
    • In a 24 hour period they are usually called in 2-5 hours
    • 24 hour Hospital/ED shifts with call back requirements; 20 minute response time.
    • Rn Support
    • eCW and Meditech
    • Daily patient volume 28
    • They do not see peds patients
  • Required:
    • Board certified/eligible
    • Active VA license
    • Active DEA/CSR
    • Required BCLS; PALS
    • 200 cases in the last two years- send case logs
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
    • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
