• Job Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Type of Cases: Hematology/Oncology; no call or rounding
• Credentialing: Must be fully credentialed prior to start; Indiana license and DEA required

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Certifications: Must have active Indiana medical license and DEA
• Licensure: Must hold Indiana license at time of presentation
